A veritable war was fought between verdant Northern California and the dry metropolis of Los Angeles. Entire lakes in Northern California have been decimated due to the voracious appetites of Angelenos.
Could such geopolitical conflict turn into military conflict between the Haves and Have Nots of water as a scarce resource ?
